What happens next?

We’ll walk you through the sign-up process step-by-step:

Step 1: Get in touch Give us a call and we’ll chat to you about the best Fetch solution or solutions for your business.

Step 2: Apply We’ll help you fill in the application form. When you’ve completed the form, return it to us at Fetch.

Step 3: Accept When we’ve reviewed and accepted your application, we’ll email you a letter or pack tailored to the Fetch solution or solutions you want to sign up for. If you're signing up for Fetch card payment solutions (Fetch mobile payments, Fetch web payments, Fetch invoice payments or Fetch recurring card payments), you'll return the signed letter of offer.

Step 4: Welcome! When we've processed your application, you'll receive everything you need to get started.

Step 5: Get cash in faster Now you’re ready to offer your new payment option/s to your customers.

Step 6: How’s it going? We’ll be in touch a couple of days after you’ve received your welcome letter or pack to see how things are going. But don’t hesitate to call us on 0800 2 Fetch (0800 233 824) if you have any questions in the meantime.
