How will Fetch™ invoice me?
Fetch™ will invoice you on the first business day of each month. The invoice will be emailed to the address provided when you signed up to Fetch payment solutions. The invoice will include the one-off set-up fee, monthly support fee, transaction fees and any other applicable charges as per the Fetch Schedule of Fees. The invoice amount will be direct debited from your charging account 10 days after the invoice date. You can see all previous invoices and payments made by you in the ‘My Account’ section of the Fetch system.
In addition to the Fetch invoice, you will receive a Merchant Statement outlining the card transactions processed for the month and the Merchant Service Fees payable. This amount will be direct debited to your charging account on the 15th of every month.
