How will I know if a customer's payment isn’t successful?

Information about unpaid payments (dishonoured direct debits or declined card payments) is available on the business day after the direct debit was processed. You will be notified of any direct debit dishonours by the Direct Debit Settlement and Dishonour Report sent to you daily by email. You can also view dishonours on the Fetch system at any time.
