If your customer asks their bank about a payment which has taken place under a Fetch recurring payment plan, the customer’s query will be referred to you, the merchant.  Fetch processes the transaction between you and your customer. We will not normally become involved in claims for the reversal or alteration of debits which have been processed in accordance with a payment authority.
