What is the difference between a Fetch™ system administrator and an authorised user?

An administrator is a “super user” who has full control of all the Fetch system functions and features including the user management function. The administrator can access and manage the user list and can add roles and assign these to users.

An authorised person (user) can access all or some of the functionality in the Fetch system. An authorised person cannot create another user or add roles.
