What is the difference between recurring direct debit payment plans and recurring card payment plans?

Recurring direct debits are paid from your customer’s bank account. Recurring card payments are paid from your customer’s Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.

The other difference is that you must send direct debit authority forms to us at Fetch so we can input customers’ details into the Fetch system. With recurring card payments, you input the customers’ details including card details into the Fetch system yourself using the recurring card payment authority form. You don't need to send the form to us at Fetch.
